12.The customs clearance system is being adjusted. After the adjustment, the "duty free goods" (code YY) will be declared in the way of customs clearance, and the "direct transfer" will be reported.

13.The diplomatic, resident and staff members have turned off the articles and sent them to the "embassy and consulate articles" (code FF).

14.To transact the customs clearance and return formalities, and to report the "return" (code 77).

15.Handle other customs formalities, and transfer the "other" (code ZZ).

16.The customs clearance system is being adjusted. Before the adjustment, the bonded goods transferred between the special supervision area (bonded supervision place) shall be transferred to "customs declaration" or "direct transfer".
